Some people think the summer months are not a good time to list their property for sale.  However, the numbers show a totally different story.  The fact is, that the summer months are a very good time to get your property on the market and get it sold.

The number one reason why most properties don't sell is due to over-pricing.  For the most part, sales are driven by correct pricing (market value) and not by season.  A property will not sell if it isn't on the market.  A property that is well priced, will be recognized as such and sell.
